WET LOOK, WATER REPELLANT BRICK PAVER SEALER

Brick Paver Sealant is available in several different finishes. Matte Finish and Gloss are both very popular. This patio and driveway was designed and installed by VEI over 10 years ago.
After a thorough cleaning and jointing sand replacement, a wet look sealant was used to enhance and preserve the appearance. The Unilock WL-WR sealer provided depth and gloss and will not become slippery even when wet.

Prior to placing your home on the market, making a few easy improvements will greatly enhance the marketability of your property. DEXTER, MICHIGAN; RAISED PATIO REBUILD

This Raised Patio in Dexter, MI had been disturbed years prior by a contractor replacing the weep tile around the basement walls. The contractor back filled with fill sand, and did not replace the gravel base materials required for a successful paver installation. It is not likely the sand was properly compacted either. This resulted in the patio settling where the soil had been disturbed.  Also, the entire patio had trapped water due to the resulting negative grade and had suffered frost  heave/movement.

All the pavers inside the Raised Patio Retaining walls were lifted up and set aside for re-installation. The Retaining walls near the house were also lifted and set at the proper level to prevent water from becoming trapped.

After the entire Raised Patio Rebuild was complete, new Polymeric Jointing Sand was installed and activated with a proper coating of water.
